Location & approach

Kitzbuehel, the most legendary sports city in the Alps is located between 800m and 2000m above sealevel in the Kitzbuehel Alps. Ideally situated for excursions to the cities Innsbruck, Munich and Salzburg.

The Kaiserhof Châlet is directly located at Kitzbuehel’s famous Lutzenberg, near by the Schwarzee, a lake, and just a short drive from the center of Kitzbühel.


ArrivalFrom the direction of Innsbruck: Inntal-highway A12 to Wörgl and from there you take the interstate to Kitzbuehel (approx. 30 min). Reith through drive through, on the outskirts of the village sign at Reith (after the carpenter Hoeck), turn sharply left and uphill Lutzenberg.

From the direction of Germany:
take the Inntal-highway A12 until exit „Kufstein Süd“, follow the „Eiberg-interstate“ 26km until you are in Kitzbuehel. Drive through Reith, on the outskirts of the village sign at Reith (after the carpenter Hoeck), turn sharply left and uphill Lutzenberg.
